Why is annual cheaper than monthly? +
We pass on the saved payment-processing fees + the value of predictable cashflow. Annual is roughly 10 months of monthly, so ~17% savings.
Is there a free plan or trial? +
No — we do not run a free tier or free trial. We do not want to be supported by ads or sell your data. Lite starts at ₹499/year and you get a one-click 30-day refund window if it does not fit.
Can I downgrade Pro → Lite? +
Yes, anytime from Settings → Billing. Lite-incompatible data (recurring profiles, vendors, banking) stays in your account, just hidden — fully restored if you re-upgrade.
How does the 30-day refund work? +
Cancel from inside the app within 30 days of activation. Refund hits your original payment method within 7 working days — no questions, no clawback.
Do you offer enterprise / multi-branch? +
Multi-branch + 10+ users is on the roadmap. Get in touch if you need it sooner.
Are there any per-invoice or per-user surprises? +
No. The plan price covers everything (with the user/invoice limits above). If you exceed Lite's 1,000 invoices/year, you upgrade — there's no 'pay per extra invoice' trap.
