Common partner questions.
When do I get paid? +
Quarterly. We close the quarter on the 1st of Apr/Jul/Oct/Jan and pay within 7 working days via NEFT to your registered bank account. Your GST invoice is auto-generated for you.
Is there a minimum threshold to get paid? +
No. We pay out anything above ₹500 in a quarter; below that, balance carries over to the next quarter.
Can I refer my own clients (CA programme)? +
Yes — that's the most common case. You sign your existing book of clients onto Ketpy Book; their subscriptions earn you 20% recurring, and you manage their books through ProAdvisor.
What happens if a client cancels? +
Commission stops at the next renewal. We never claw back commissions you've already earned. Refunds within the 30-day window do reverse the original commission for that month.
Do you have an API? Where are the docs? +
Yes — REST + webhooks. Public docs at docs.ketpybook.com (Phase 9). Sandbox keys are issued on partner approval.
Can I become a partner if I'm not in India? +
Our customers are 100% India-based. International partners are welcome if you have an India-based audience or client list — we pay in INR via NEFT, so you'll need an Indian bank account.
Is there an exclusivity clause? +
No. You can simultaneously partner with other accounting / SaaS products. We earn the relationship, not lock it in.
How are duplicate referrals handled? +
First click wins, with a 60-day attribution window. We're transparent — your portal shows every referral and how it was attributed.
